Second Tuesday of the Month, 7-8p

Nest is a free program consisting of an an hour of mindful, judgement-free art making. Mindfulness practices, both in meditation and in art, can help our ability to regulate our feelings, decrease stress, and focus our attention. No art expertise needed. A project suggestion will be given, but not required. Developed under the direction of Emily Skelton, LMFT, Registered Art Therapist (to learn more about Emily, please go to her website).

This program is intended for teens and adults.
