ARTree does not sell, share, or trade personal information with any other entity, with the exception of Sawyer Tools, our class registration partner. We do not send mailings of any kind on behalf of other organizations. All communications from ARTree will be from ARTree itself or from Sawyer Tools.

 

All information concerning donors or prospective donors, including their names, addresses, telephone numbers, and the amount of their gifts shall be kept strictly confidential by ARTree, unless permission is obtained from donors to release such information. We respect all requests to remain anonymous.

 

We will use personal information only to keep our constituents informed of our activities including our programs, classes, special events, and funding and volunteer needs. Constituents may opt out from receiving mailings, phone calls, or electronic communications. ARTree will honor all or any combination of these "opt out" preferences. Sawyer Tools may contact you if you opt in to its mailing list requests. If you do not wish to receive communications from Sawyer Tools, you must opt out separately when you do receive an unwanted communication.
